Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Sunny Code desktop application, account service and website, operated by an independent individual developer reachable at qingtianzjc@gmail.com. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Using Sunny Code

Sunny Code is a desktop workspace for an AI coding agent. You must be able to enter a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, or use the service with the necessary parent or guardian authorization. Keep your accounts and credentials secure, provide accurate account information, and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Your work and agent actions

You retain your rights in your files, prompts and other content. You are responsible for having permission to use and share that content with the services you select. AI output may be inaccurate or unsafe. Review generated code, commands, file changes and other actions before relying on them. Keep backups and supervise actions that affect your systems, data or third parties.

Third-party services

Google and Auth0 provide authentication. Model providers and connected tools are selected and configured separately. Their terms, limits, availability and charges apply to your use of them. A Sunny Code account does not include a model-provider subscription or credits. This website does not offer a paid subscription or collect payments.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sunny Code to violate others’ rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, abuse the account service or interfere with its security. We may restrict account access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Availability and responsibility

Sunny Code is under active development. Features may change and the service may be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

Ending use and account deletion

You can stop using the app at any time. Signing out removes the local account session but does not delete the account. To request account deletion, email qingtianzjc@gmail.com. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion requests.
